Led the responsive redesign through the launch of the magazine brand site; a hands-on highly collaborative role with editors, producers, marketing, and developers.

Creative Director, Digital Product Design

October 2005 - September 2014

Spearheaded MSN.com's Diet & Fitness portal development throughout a three-year partnership. Pioneered the company's first e-commerce platform launch, overseeing everything from agency selection and workflows to studio photography and budget management. I managed teams and resources across those and other initiatives including the experience design for their health and wellness sites, notably Men's Health and Women's Health. Additionally, I led branded content design for key accounts like Adidas and Kraft.

iVillage (acquired by NBC Universal)

October 2005 - September 2014

As the founding product design leader, built a 10-person team and drove cross-functional collaboration during rapid growth. Integrated Hearst Digital sites while establishing company-wide standards for workflows, templates, and advertising.
